Soft naturally leavened cocoa dough, rich in chocolate Bavarian cream, to be sprinkled with icing sugar for the final touch.
INGREDIENTS
Naturally leavened oven baked cake chocolate bavarian cream filled 18%
Wheat flour – Chocolate bavarian cream ( Sugar, Glucose syrup, Water, Chocolate 8% corresponding to 1.4% of total ingredients, Butter, Skimmed milk powder, Cream powder, Egg yolk, Flavours, Thickener: Pectin, Preserving agent: Potassium sorbate) – Fresh eggs – Vegetable fats (Cocoa butter, Coconut, Sunflower, Safflower) – Sugar – Whole fresh pasteurized milk – Natural yeast (contains wheat) – Skimmed cocoa powder 1.2% – Fructose – Emulsifyng agent: Mono-diglycerides of fatty acids – Butter – Salt – Flavours.
Ingredients packet icing sugar (3.7%): Sugar, Wheat starch, Flavours.
May contain traces of nuts and soya.
