The Red Pesto of La Gallinara is a typical aromatic and tasty sauce which encloses a mix of Mediterranean favours. This cream is composed by: sun dried tomatoes, Genovese POD Basil, olive oil, Grana Padano, Pecorino Romano, garlic, salt, pine nuts.

Use: It is delicious with salads and boiled meat, but also to be spread on toasted slices of bread for aperitifs and appetizers.
