Preparation Method In a saucepan, sauté the contents of the package with a tablespoon of oil for about a minute over moderate heat, stirring. Deglaze with white wine and allow it to evaporate.

Gradually pour in 650 ml of hot water while continuously stirring, let the water dry to your preferred consistency (about 17 minutes).

When the cooking is almost complete, stir in a knob of butter and Parmesan cheese, adding salt to taste.
