Venchi BacioDiDama Milk Chocolate is Venchi’s chocolate interpretation of the classic Piedmontese Bacio di Dama. A crunchy, gluten-free biscuit made with Piedmont Hazelnuts is combined with soft Gianduia and rich milk chocolate.

Bacio di Dama is a traditional Piedmontese speciality made from two crumbly hazelnut biscuits joined by a thin layer of chocolate. Venchi transforms this classic combination into a small chocolate confection, combining a crisp texture with soft and creamy Gianduia.

Sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter, HAZELNUT biscuit 14% (caramelised Piedmont HAZELNUT flour 24% (sugar, Piedmont HAZELNUTS 48%), BUTTER (from MILK), sugar, potato starch, Piedmont HAZELNUT flour 11.5%, rice flour, bamboo fibre, salt), Piedmont HAZELNUT paste, cocoa mass, anhydrous MILK fat, emulsifier: SOY lecithin, natural vanilla flavour.

Gianduia nut milk chocolate minimum 43% (cocoa solids minimum 23.5%, milk solids minimum 17.5%, hazelnut paste 25%) and one hazelnut biscuit, covered with milk chocolate minimum 43% (cocoa solids minimum 31.8%, milk solids minimum 23.5%).
