Sicilian Cannoli with Pistachio Cream.
Crispy cannoli filled with a smooth, rich pistachio cream made following the traditional Sicilian recipe. The shell is fried in high oleic sunflower oil for extra crunch, while the filling offers the authentic taste of Sicilian pistachios. Perfect as a dessert or with an espresso.
Pistachio cream (min. 70%): Sugar, vegetable fats (sunflower oil, palm oil), milk powder, pistachio 6%, milk proteins, emulsifier: E322 soy lecithin, natural pistachio flavouring.
Shell ingredients: Wheat flour type “00”, wine, lard, sugar, eggs, salt, cocoa powder, vanillin. (Fried in high oleic sunflower oil)
May contain traces of: Eggs, almonds, walnuts, peanuts, hazelnuts, sesame, soy.
