A classic Italian pandoro from Maina, inspired by the traditional pastry heritage of Verona.
An exceptionally soft and delicate pandoro made with quality ingredients and slowly naturally leavened using Mother Yeast (Lievito Madre), the same natural starter Maina has used since 1964.
The light and fragrant dough comes with a sachet of icing sugar to sprinkle over the pandoro before serving.
Serving suggestion
Simply dust with the included icing sugar and serve slightly warm or at room temperature. Delicious with an Italian espresso or accompanied by mascarpone cream.
