Description
Polenta Valsugana Classica is made from selected yellow corn flour, offering the authentic taste of traditional Italian polenta.
Quick and easy to prepare, it is perfect for classic Italian dishes as well as more creative recipes. Enjoy it soft and creamy, or let it cool and serve sliced or cubed.
Suggested use / Preparation
For 4–5 servings:
375 g Polenta Valsugana + 1.5 l water
For 2 servings:
180 g Polenta Valsugana + 720 ml water
Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil and add salt to taste.
Slowly pour in the polenta while stirring continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
After 8 minutes, the polenta is ready to serve.
Tip:
For softer polenta, add a little more water at the beginning.
For a firmer texture, cook for a few extra minutes.
