Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in Olive Oil 2×80 g, Callipo

Callipo Yellowfin Tuna Fillets in a glass jar are an alternative to traditional cans, designed for those who appreciate being able to see the quality of the product. Made with carefully selected raw materials and processed entirely in Italy, the tuna has tender, firm, light-pink flesh and is relatively lean.

The product is made with Yellowfin Tuna (Thunnus albacares) preserved in olive oil.

Callipo tuna fillets are prepared using Presal® Protected Iodised Salt. Thanks to a special technological process, the iodine content remains stable even after cooking and during food preparation.

The tuna is processed in Italy. The raw material may originate from EU and non-EU fishing areas or from the specific FAO fishing area indicated on the packaging.

Serving suggestion

Excellent served simply with bread or used to enrich salads, pasta dishes, pasta salads and antipasti. Its firm and delicate flesh makes it a versatile ingredient in Italian cooking.
