With us you can pay your order by installments at no extra cost! For more information, contact us via email myynti@italianherkut.fi

The Goods ordered are reserved for five (5) working days. So, you will have 5 days to pay for the product booked.

Delivery times are an average of 1-5 working days after receiving the payment.
We will contact you by email or phone if there will be any delays.

Calculating the costs of freight forwarding

The cart automatically calculates shipping charges for the order taking into account the weight.

In the case of smart post, the cost depends on the volume.
Shipping charges include postage and packing. We ship orders in recycled packaging (they are in good condition). This is our way of being enviromentally sustainable.

By accessing the site you can check the status of your order

The products comply with the law with 14 days money back guarantee. In case of return the product must be unused and in original condition. Please notify us in advance for any defects at myynti@italianherkut.fi

If the product needs to be returned after 14 days and not because of a fault, the customer is required to pay the cost of return shipping incurred.
