Naturally leavened sweet cake without raisins or candied citrus peel, filled with lemon cream and decorated with milk and dark chocolate.

Ingredients: wheat flour, lemon cream 21% [sugar, pasteurised whole milk, glucose-fructose syrup, water, sunflower oil, fresh egg yolk 5.5%, alcohol, gelling agent (pectin), lemon peel infusion 0.3%, preservative (potassium sorbate), natural flavours], fresh eggs 13.5%, sugar, butter (milk), pasteurised whole milk, natural yeast 3.5% (wheat flour, water), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), dark and milk chocolate mix 2.5% [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour], glucose-fructose syrup, salt, cocoa butter, flavourings.
