The simple tomato sauce in Tuscany is traditionally made with onion, celery and carrot. Due to the simplicity of the preparation, the use of a ready product such as this, it’s often considered superfluous. Despite this, the hectic everyday life has generated a significantly increase in the demand of ready sauces, also the simplest type. For this reason we decided to offer an high quality product that would combine the convenience of a ready sauce and an authentic recipe based on selected and organic ingredients. We suggest to pour the sauce in a pan and warm it before dressing pasta.
