A true speciality of Italian Mediterranean cuisine. Oleificio Corazza’s “La Crème” black olive paté is a smooth and flavourful cream made by finely grinding carefully selected black olives.

Its rich and intense olive flavour makes it perfect for antipasti as well as pasta dishes.

Suggested Use

Excellent spread on crostini, toasted bread and canapés. It is also particularly delicious as a sauce for short pasta such as mezzemaniche or farfalle, finished with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
