The bold flavour of Pecorino Romano DOP and the intensity of black pepper come together in a fragrant and rich pesto, a true Italian classic.

Serving suggestion: lightly salt the pasta cooking water and add a spoonful of it to the pesto before mixing with the pasta.

Ingredients: Sunflower oil, courgettes, potatoes, ricotta (whey, cream, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid), glucose syrup, Pecorino Romano DOP cheese 6%, salt, whey powder, potato fibre, black pepper 0.7%, milk proteins, acidity regulator: lactic acid; garlic.
May contain traces of other nuts and eggs. Gluten-free.

Storage: store at room temperature. Once opened, keep refrigerated for up to 5 days, covered with olive oil.
