Antico Pastificio Umbro Linguine is an artisanal pasta made with 100% Italian durum wheat, bronze-drawn and dried at a low temperature according to traditional Italian methods.

The rough, porous surface created by bronze drawing allows the pasta to hold sauces particularly well. A versatile pasta shape suitable for a wide range of classic Italian sauces.

Serving suggestion

Excellent with fish and seafood sauces, pesto, tomato-based sauces and vegetable sauces. Its rough surface also works particularly well with richer and more flavourful sauces.
