Our passata is made from solely Italian origin tomatoes using a homely method that does not alter the product’s organoleptic properties. The method involves first manually crushing and then draining the tomatoes before passing them through a passata machine. Pasteurization is done at 90°C, in a water bath, followed by rapid cooling of the product.
