Maina Panettone Senza Canditi is made for those who love traditional panettone but prefer it without candied fruit.
The soft, naturally leavened dough contains 20% sultana raisins and no candied citrus fruit peels. The approximately 60-hour slow production process and 8-hour natural cooling upside down help create its characteristic softness and fragrance.
