Naturally leavened sweet bakery product without raisins or candied citrus peel, filled with pistachio cream and decorated with chocolate.

Ingredients: wheat flour, pistachio cream 20% [sugar, pasteurised whole milk, glucose-fructose syrup, water, fresh egg yolk 6.5%, sunflower oil, pistachio paste 4%, alcohol, gelling agent (pectin), flavourings, preservative (potassium sorbate)], fresh eggs 13%, sugar, butter (milk), pasteurised whole milk, natural yeast 3.5% (wheat), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), dark and milk chocolate mix 2.5% [sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, whole milk powder, emulsifier (soya lecithin), natural vanilla flavour], white chocolate flakes 2.5% [sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter, emulsifier (soya lecithin), flavourings], glucose-fructose syrup, salt, cocoa butter, flavourings.
