Prosciutto di San Daniele is an Italian cured ham with Protected Designation of Origin (PDO) status, produced in the town of San Daniele del Friuli. Made exclusively from Italian pork legs and sea salt, it is aged for at least 13 months, developing a sweet, delicate, and aromatic flavor. Ideal to enjoy on its own, in appetizers, or paired with bread and cheese.
