We can say that really represents the Tuscan lifestyle, healthy and natural, but also a bit wild. Our Wild Boar Tuscan Ragout is made ONLY with Tuscan wild boar meat, purchased in big pieces and ground by us, flavored with traditional herbs such as rosemary, sage, bay leaves and juniper. Then the meat is cooked with sautéed vegetables, high grade tomato and PGI Tuscan Extra-Virgin Olive Oil. Beware of imitations!
