Antico Pastificio Umbro Risotto alla Milanese is a convenient risotto mix made with Italian Arborio rice, onion, parsley, turmeric and saffron. Saffron gives the risotto its characteristic colour and delicate aroma.

Made without preservatives or added MSG.

Serving suggestion

Pour the contents of the package into a saucepan and add 600 ml of cold water or vegetable stock. Bring to a boil and simmer for approximately 15–18 minutes, stirring during cooking.

Finish with butter and Parmigiano Reggiano, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Excellent served with ossobuco, meat, vegetables or other ingredients of your choice.
