TARAGNA 500 g – Moretti
Taragna polenta flour, typical of the Bergamo valleys and Valtellina, is a traditional blend of wholegrain corn flour and buckwheat flour. It produces a rustic, flavourful and naturally darker polenta thanks to the buckwheat.
Usage:
Ideal for preparing classic polenta taragna, traditionally served with butter and cheese. Also excellent as a side dish for stews, slow-cooked meats and mushrooms.
