Lumaconi is a Gragnano IGP pasta, slow-dried and made from durum wheat semolina, mixed with spring water from the Monti Lattari, and shaped using bronze dies.
The name comes from its shape, reminiscent of a snail shell. This pasta originates from Campania.
We recommend trying it with rich sauces, such as pork ragù or vegetable-based sauces. Its large diameter allows it to capture the sauce, enhancing the perfect blend of flavors.
