The soft cake, soaked in confectionery Alkermes cream with a trace of spices and sour cherries, is filled with a very delicate whisky and cream custard and sprinkled with cocoa powder.

INGREDIENTS
Panettone without sultanas, cream whisky flavoring cream filled 16.7% and alkermes flavoring syrup filled 8% – Naturally leavened oven baked cake.
Wheat flour, Cream-whisky flavouring cream (Sugar, Glucose syrup, Water, Butter, Skimmed milk powder, Whisky 3% corresponding to 0.5% of total ingredients, Cream 2% corresponding to 0.3% of total ingredients, Flavours, Thickener: Pectin, Preserving agent: Potassium Sorbate), Fresh eggs, Sugar, Butter, Alkermes flavouring syrup (Water, Sugar, Alcohol, Flavours, Colouring matter: E-120), Whole fresh pasteurized milk, Natural yeast (contains wheat), Candied orange peels paste (Orange peels, Glucose-Fructose syrup, Sugar), Emulsifyng agent: Mono-diglycerides of fatty acids, Salt, Fructose, Flavours.
Ingredient packet cocoa (2%): Low fat powder cocoa – Sugar – Wheat starch.
May contain traces of nuts and soya.
