Naturally leavened baked confectionery, without candied citrus peels, glazed and decorated with almonds.
INGREDIENTS: wheat flour, sultanas 17%, fresh eggs 13%, sugar, butter (milk), glaze 6% (sugar, egg white, sunflower oil, wheat flour, rice flour, almonds 0.3%, preservative: potassium sorbate, flavouring), natural yeast (wheat) 4%, pasteurised whole milk 4%, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh egg yolk 1%, almonds 1%, salt, natural flavourings.
Icing sugar sachet 4%: sugar, wheat starch, flavourings.
May contain other nuts, soy, and mustard.
