Low in fat but rich in protein, Zarotti clams are molluscs with exquisite delicious flesh and a delicate flavour that we offer in all their purity, shelled and preserved in their natural broth. Alternatively in marinara sauce giving a base of chopped garlic and parsley the task of accenting and bringing their flavour out further.
