We use only 100% Italian wheat and pure spring water from the Monti Lattari, strictly following the centuries-old traditions of Gragnano’s master pasta makers – a true guarantee of quality and authenticity.

The dough is extruded exclusively through bronze dies, while the slow drying process at low temperatures preserves the pasta’s natural qualities. Every package is hand-packed, ensuring a meticulously crafted product.
